The University of Groningen (Rijksuniversiteit Groningen) is the second oldest university in the Netherlands, founded in 1614, located in Groningen, the fifth largest city in the Netherlands and a member of the Coimbra Group. The University of Groningen was ranked 90th in the 2015 Qs World University Rankings.
