This is the official website of the Venezuelan Ministry of Education, which provides information on the organization of the education sector, a brief description of its functions, education legislation, education news and publications, etc., in Spanish. Education in Venezuela is compulsory for children between the ages of 6 and 15, and all schools in the country must be registered with the Ministry of Education and follow a uniform curriculum.
