STOAS University of Applied Sciences

STOAS University of Applied Sciences (Stoas Hogeschool; STOAS University of Applied Sciences and Teacher Training) is the only university in the Netherlands dedicated to the training of teachers, coaches and specialists in education and knowledge management in the field of agricultural specialization, in cooperation with the European Institute of Floral Design, was founded in 1981 and is located in Rotterdam. The main specialties are agriculture (agribusiness), horticulture (floral design and retailing, landscaping and horticulture), food science and technology, and animal husbandry.
