Le Mans Institute of Materials Engineering

ISMANS (Institut supérieur des matériaux du Mans) is a prestigious institute of higher education in materials engineering in France, affiliated to the University of Le Mans, founded in 1992, and a member of the Association of Higher Education Schools of France (ASSEF), which grants the Diplôme d'Ingénieur (equivalent to a Master's Degree) and is designed to train specialists for the transportation industry (automotive, aeronautics, railway), the energy industry (reserves and production) and the materials industry (construction, tires, pharmaceuticals).
