Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute (Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute) the world's first professional training school of western food and pastry, founded in 1895, located in Paris, the main specialties include culinary arts, desserts and wines, with two faculties of leisure business management and culinary arts. Most of the Institute's faculty members are recipients of the Order of the Blue Ribbon, the highest honor in the culinary and pastry professions.
