Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen (Hanze UAS; Hanze Hogeschool Groningen University of Applied Sciences) is the oldest university of applied sciences in the Netherlands and the largest university of applied sciences in the northern part of the Netherlands, which was founded in 1798 and is located in Groningen, and it is famous for first-class faculties and perfect teaching equipment. Groningen University of Applied Sciences is known for its first-class faculty and excellent teaching facilities, and its main faculties include the International Business School, the Hans Institute of Technology, the School of International Media, the School of International Facilities Management, and so on, and it has close cooperation with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the ESSEC Higher School of Business in France.
