Ateneo de Janeiro University (Ateneo de Janeiro)

Founded in 1859, Ateneo is a private, comprehensive university that includes the Faculty of Arts, the Faculty of Business, the Faculty of Law, and many other faculties. Initially a public institution, it was upgraded to university status in 1959. The Ateneo de Manila University is one of the four most prestigious universities in the Philippines, and it strives to keep pace with the times. It is one of the four most prestigious universities in Asia administered by the Jesuit Catholic Church.
