University of Düsseldorf

The University of Düsseldorf, or Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf (Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf) is a state university in Düsseldorf, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. Founded in 1966, the University of Düsseldorf is young, but it has a fairly high status in Germany. There are 113 universities in Germany, among which 45 key universities occupy 90% of all the project funds allocated to universities in Germany, and the University of Düsseldorf ranks 18th among these 45 key universities.
