St. John's University (St. John's University) the largest Catholic university in the United States, its predecessor for the Vicentian Society in Queens County, New York, founded in 1870 the College and in 1872 the Congregation of the Mission (Congregation of the Mission) established St. John's University, the University of Queens, New York. St. John's Union was founded in 1872 by the Congregation of the Mission. It has six campuses: Queens, New York (the main campus), Staten Island, Manhattan, Oakdale, Rome (in Italy), and Paris (in France).
