All India Radio (AIR) is the official radio station of India, belonging to the Indian Broadcasting Corporation (IBC), established in 1927 and headquartered in New Delhi. All India Radio uses Hindi, English, Tamil and other languages to broadcast programs to the whole country, is the most influential radio station in India.
