The Durban University of Technology (DUT) is a public university in South Africa, located in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal (with 2 other campuses in Pietermaritzburg), which was created in 2002 by the merger of Technikon Natal and ML Sultan Technikon, and has a student body of approximately 26,000 students.
