University of Lausanne

The University of Lausanne (French: Université de Lausanne, UNIL) is a Swiss university with a long history dating back to the founding of the Schola Lausannensis in 1573, which was formally elevated to university status in 1890. The University of Lausanne has a Faculty of Theology and Religious Studies, a Faculty of Law and Justice, a Faculty of Fine Arts, and a Higher Business School in Lausanne.
