University of Ljubljana

Founded in 1919, Universitas Labacensis (University of Ljubljana) is the only university in Ljubljana and is the oldest and largest institute of higher education in Slovenia, with more than 60,000 students currently studying there. The University has 23 faculties and 3 colleges with a total of more than 130 specializations to choose from. There are more than 3,000 teachers. The University of Ljubljana is located in the heart of the capital city of Ljubljana, and has advanced educational facilities that allow students to study a wide range of courses from undergraduate to doctoral level, with qualifications recognized all over the world.
