German Aerospace Center DLR

The German Aerospace Center (Deutsches Zentrum für Luft- und Raumfahrt e.V., abbreviated DLR) is the German national aerospace research agency, headquartered in Cologne, and a member of the Helmholtz Consortium, with ongoing missions such as Mars Express, the Galileo Positioning System (GPS) and the Stratospheric Infrared Observatory (SIO).
