Danish Technical University (Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, DTU, Danish University of Technology) is a Danish public university founded in 1829 as Denmark's first industrial institution, located in the capital city of Copenhagen. DTU is one of Europe's leading engineering universities, with departments of Biology, Optoelectronic Engineering, Mathematics and Physics.
