Pravda

Pravda (English: Pravda; Russian: Пра́вда) is a Russian media newspaper, formerly the organ of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union (CPSU) from 1918 to 1991; it was discontinued by President Boris Yeltsin in 1991, and its eponymous newspaper was put on sale shortly thereafter.In 1999, the former Pravda created Pravda Online, which is now the most visited online news site in Russia, and is now the largest online news site in Russia.
