National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (abbreviated as GRIPS) is a Japanese national graduate university founded in 1997 in Minato-ku, Tokyo, offering only graduate education in the social sciences, with the Graduate Institute for Policy Studies (GIPS) as one of the national think tanks in Japan.
