The Hebrew University of Jerusalem (האוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem) is the second university to be established in Israel after the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (TIU), having begun its founding in 1918 and was completed in 1925, with its main campus being the Kopjes Hill Campus in Jerusalem. Its main campus is the Copse Hill Campus in Jerusalem, and its Givat Ram Campus has the world's largest Jewish Studies Library.
