ASEM (Asian Ministerial Conference on Science and Technology)

The Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia (CICA, ASEM) is a forum with multinational participation in Asia, initiated by Kazakhstan in 1992 and formally established in 1999, with a secretariat in Almaty, Kazakhstan, and currently has 26 member states (as of August 2015).
