Ngee Ann Polytechnic is a national institution of higher learning, one of the 5 government colleges, located in the northern part of Singapore with convenient transportation and comfortable environment. Over the years, Ngee Ann Polytechnic has attracted numerous students with its strong faculty and rigorous school spirit. Established in 1963, Ngee Ann Polytechnic is a world-class comprehensive government college. The campus covers an area of 35.4 hectares, with 16,000 students and 4,000 faculty members. It is the first polytechnic in Singapore to have a broadband network, and students use laptops to attend classes and study, making it a typical paperless college.
