Swedish Academy of Sport and Health Sciences

The Swedish College of Physical Education and Health Sciences (Stockholm University College of Physical Education and Sport; Gymnastik- och idrottshögskolan), the world's oldest university of physical education and sport, was founded in 1813 by Per Henrik Kling and is a public university accredited by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, with close cooperation with the Faculty of Scientific Research of the Karolinska Institutet and with the University of Stockholm and its Faculty of Education. It is a public university, accredited by the Chinese Ministry of Education, with close cooperation with the Research Department of Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm University and its Faculty of Education.
