Akita University

Akita University is a national university located in Akita City, Akita Prefecture, Japan. It was established in 1949 through the merger of Akita Normal School, Akita Junior Normal School, and Akita School of Mines, and offers the Faculty of Education and Culture, the Faculty of Engineering and Resources, and the Faculty of Medicine.
