The University of Nottingham (The University of Nottingham) is a public research university in the United Kingdom, founded in 1881, located in Nottingham, England, is one of the largest schools in the United Kingdom in terms of area, and has a branch campus in Ningbo, China. The University of Nottingham belongs to several university groups at the same time, including the Russell Group of Universities, the Association of European Universities, and the Association of Commonwealth Universities. The University of Nottingham was ranked 23rd in the Times UK University Rankings 2014.
