United Press International (United Press International; referred to as: United Press, UPI) is the second largest news agency in the United States, but also the United States of America's famous business news agency, was founded by the famous newspaper Scripps in 1902, and in 1958 and Hearst founded the international community merged into the headquartered in Washington, DC. The news agency, together with Reuters, Associated Press, and Agence France-Presse, is known as the four largest Western news agencies in the world.
