Helsinki University of Applied Sciences (Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu) is a leading Finnish university, established on August 1, 2008 through the merger of Espoo Vantaa Polytechnic and Helsinki Polytechnic, accredited by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China, and offering courses in Finnish and English in areas such as technology, health care and social services, economics and business administration, and culture.
