The Union Cycliste Internationale (French: Union Cycliste Internationale, UCI) is a non-profit organization that manages international cycling, and is responsible for developing cycling systems and rules, and organizing all kinds of cycling races. The UCI was founded in 1900 and is headquartered in Egler, Switzerland.
