The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), the only official central news agency of the DPRK, was established on December 5, 1946, with its headquarter located in Pyongyang, and provides news sources for all TV stations and print media in the country, and news developments within the DPRK can only be disseminated outward through KCNA.
