Penza State University

Penza State University is a well-known Russian institution of higher learning, its predecessor was the Penza State Industrial Institute established in 1943, and then on January 22, 1998 changed its name to the current, certified by the Ministry of Education of China, with the Department of Automation of Machine Manufacturing, Department of Automation and Information Technology, Department of Equipment Manufacturing, Department of Computer Technology, Department of Natural Sciences, Department of Radio Technology, Department of Economics and Management, Department of Law, and so on, 11 faculties and departments.
