University of Prince Edward Island

The University of Prince Edward Island (UPEI), was formed in 1969 by the merger of StDundstan's University and Prince of Wales College. Tuition at the University of Prince Edward Island is extremely affordable and is currently one of the fifth lowest tuition public universities in Canada. Additionally, prices are low in Prince Edward Island, while the quality of life is among the highest in Canada. The University of Prince Edward Island pays close attention to international students, especially first-year freshmen. The University has an International Students Office with a dedicated advisor to welcome international students to PEI and provide them with priority service.
