University of Artois

Université d´Artois (Arras), founded in 1990, is a multidisciplinary university with a beautiful environment and a pleasant climate, located in the north of France, bordering the Pas-de-Calais. The University of Artois has 22 research centers at its various campuses, of which 3 are official partners of the French National Research Center (CNRS) and 13 are collaborative host research groups. In order to develop and publicize the results of its research, the University of Artois decided in 1994 to create its own publishing house, the University of Artois Press, which now publishes six series of books.
