Ipswich Town Football Club is an English professional soccer club founded in 1878, whose home ground is the Portman Road Stadium in Ipswich, with a capacity of around 30,000. Ipswich Town were runners-up twice in the then English top flight in the early 1980s and are currently a Championship side (2015-16).
