Bournemouth Football Club

AFC Bournemouth is an English professional soccer club founded in 1899, nicknamed "The Cherries", whose home ground is the Sands Management Stadium, which has a capacity of around 12,000. Bournemouth has a long history of playing in the lower divisions, winning the Championship in 2014-15 and being promoted to the Premier League for the 2015-16 season, the first time since the club's inception that it has been promoted to the top flight.
