The Ministry of National Development (MND) is a Singaporean government department that is responsible for planning and guiding the formulation and implementation of policies related to land use and infrastructure development, and its subordinate agencies include the Housing and Development Board (HDB), the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority (AVA), the Building and Construction Authority (BCA), the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) and the National Parks Board (NPB), among others.
