West Point military academy

The United States Military Academy at West Point (abbreviated as West Point) is a United States Army officer training institution founded in 1802 as the first military school in the United States. West Point graduates receive a Bachelor of Science degree, rank of second lieutenant, and are required to serve in the military for at least five years after graduation. West Point alumni include Eisenhower, MacArthur, Patton, and others.
