All England Music Awards

The British Record Industry Trust Award (BRIT) is the most influential music award in the United Kingdom, known as the "British Grammy", opened in 1977, organized by the British Recording Industry Association, and judged by the British Audiovisual Industry Association. Unlike the Grammys, the BRIT is not broken down by music genre, but compares all singers and groups together and selects the best.
