The Malaysian Indian National Congress (Malaysia India Congress; abbreviation: NCP, MIC) is the third largest political party in Malaysia, representing the Indian community, and belonging to one of the member parties of the BN.It was founded by John A. Thivy in August 1946, and joined the coalition on February 14, 1955, with its own youth organization --MIC Youth Movement.
