Hull City Association Football Club (Hull City) is a professional soccer club based in Hull, Yorkshire, England. The team was founded in 1904 and its home ground is the Kingston Communications Stadium, with a black and yellow striped home shirt, which has earned the team the nickname "Tigers". The team is nicknamed "The Tigers". Hull City have spent most of their time in the Championship in recent years, with occasional promotion to the Premier League, where they played in the 2013-14 season.
