Asiana Bank

Established in July 1991 and headquartered in Seoul, Hana Bank is the third largest commercial bank in South Korea and a wholly owned subsidiary of Asiana Financial Group, the second largest financial conglomerate in South Korea. It is headquartered in Seoul. The predecessor of its parent company, Asiana Financial Group, was founded in 1971 as Korea Investment Finance, Korea's first financial company; it was only in December 2005 that Asiana Financial Group was formally established.
