The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) is an international intergovernmental organization founded in 1899 and headquartered in The Hague. The Hague International Court of Arbitration is different from the traditional sense of the court, but the resolution of conflicts between member states of an organizer. At the same time, the Hague International Court of Arbitration is also different from the International Court of Justice in The Hague, which is one of the United Nations agencies.
