Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA)

The International Federation of Association Football (International Federation of Association Football; FIFA; FIFA) was founded in Paris on May 21, 1904, at the initiative of seven countries, including Belgium, France, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands and Switzerland, with 208 existing association members. Its major tournaments include: the World Cup soccer tournament, the Olympic soccer tournament, the World Youth Soccer Championship, the Under-17 World Championship, the Futsal World Championship, and the World Women's Soccer Championship. Among them, the World Cup is FIFA's main marketing tool.
