Philips United Sports Club (Philips Sport Vereniging, PSV, PSV Eindhoven) is one of the most successful soccer clubs in the Netherlands, founded in 1913, with its home ground being the Philips Stadium in Eindhoven, and commonly referred to as PSV Eindhoven. PSV Eindhoven is the team with the second most championships in the Dutch Eredivisie, second only to Ajax. World famous strikers such as Cristiano Ronaldo and Ruud van Nijh played for PSV Eindhoven.
