International Exhibitions Bureau (abbreviation: BIE) is an intergovernmental international convention organization, originated from 1928, France under the diplomatic convention initiated the establishment of the Bureau of International Exhibitions; in 1931 was formally established, headquartered in Paris, the current President is Oferdinand. The main responsibilities of the BIE are: to supervise and guarantee the implementation, coordination and management of the Convention on International Exhibitions; to inspect the bidding work of the countries bidding for the World Expo and to guarantee the level of the World Expo;
