The International Criminal Court (ICC) is an international organization established in 2002 under the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, located in The Hague, Netherlands, with English and French as its working languages. The ICC mainly prosecutes and judges individuals who have committed genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes and the crime of aggression.
