Dexia Bank

Dexia Group (also known as Dexia Group), the world's largest city bank, was formed in 1996 by the merger of Banque Internationale de Luxembourg, Banque Publicitaire de France and Banque de Crédit et de Coopération de Belgique, and is listed on the Paris, Brussels and Luxembourg stock exchanges, making it a financially strong multinational group. Dexia's long-term debt is rated "AA" by Standard & Poor's and "AA2" by Moody's Investors Service.
