Bishan Public Library

The Bishan Public Library is a prestigious library located in the heart of Bishan and occupies 4,000 square meters of land. Its architectural design is subtle and minimalist, with the exterior resembling a tree house, and colorful "boxes" cantilevering out from one side of the building to symbolize the books protruding from the bookshelves. Inside the library, these "boxes" provide a private reading space and are an excellent place to hold seminars, readings and academic discussions.
