Bain Capital

Bain Capital (Bain Capital) is an American private equity fund, founded in 1984 by Mitt Romney, a partner at Bain Strategic Advisors and others, and headquartered in Boston. The firm is involved in private equity, venture capital, and leveraged debt asset management. As of June 2014, Bain Capital managed approximately $75 billion globally.
