Kmart (Kmart) è il terzo rivenditore al mondo dopo Walmart (Walmart) e Target (Target), ma anche il famoso discount degli Stati Uniti d'America, fondato nel 1962; nel 2005, Kmart ha acquisito Sears (Sears) dopo la formazione di Sears Holdings Corporation (Sears Holdings Corporation). Nel 2005, Kmart ha acquisito Sears e ha formato Sears Holdings Corporation, che è diventata il terzo rivenditore al mondo.
