This website is the personal homepage of Zalmai Ahad, a famous Afghan photographer, born in Afghanistan in 1964, who became a Swiss freelance photographer in 1989, and has often photographed in South Africa, Egypt, and East Asia, and has completed photography projects for the Red Cross, the UNHCR, and other NGO's, with his work appearing in the New York media, and has returned to Afghanistan to photograph in recent years. In recent years, he has returned to Afghanistan. His works faithfully record the life of refugees in disputed areas, trying to present the real state of affairs outside the war.
