The Utah Jazz are a team in the Northwest Division of the NBA's Western Conference, hosting Energy Solutions Arena. The team was founded in 1974 in New Orleans as the New Orleans Jazz, and later changed its name to the Utah Jazz and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah. The team has won eight division titles and two conference championships.
