Asatsu-DK (ADK) is one of the three largest advertising agencies in Japan (after Dentsu and Hakuhodo in size), founded in 1956 and headquartered in Tsukiji, Tokyo, with the WPP Group owning approximately 23% of its shares. Asahidori Advertising holds a majority stake in Nippon Bunka Publishing and EIKEN.
